For some reason as soon as I saw the image I thought of the iconic Andy Warhol bright and colourful squares! Why on earth I would think of this I have no idea, as the image could so easily have been used for a very delicate and feminine layout.
Well I decided to go with my first instinct and using my Zig Real Brush pens I set to colour in some outlandish and clashing colours.
The result……mmmmmm……..well, it’s different and pushed my comfortzone!

3 digital images or 1 set from the online store.
Hi crafty people,
This week’s project uses a fun digi stamp from Knitty Kitty named Puurfect Mjum which was printed onto 160 gsm white card and fuzzy cut with a white border. The image was mounted only purple, lilac and white card mounted onto each other – the last white layer was embossed first to create texture.
Various die cuts were cut from matching card from the new Crafter’s Companion Crafty Fun Collection (super fun collection!). Everything was mounted onto a 6 x 6 white card.
Dr. Digi’s House of Stamps is our sponsor this week and they are generously offering 2 digital stamps from their store to the challenge winner.
This week’s card was made by colouring the digital stamp with Copic Ciao pens. The card is a 6 x 6 white card where the front was folded back on itself. A green panel is cut to size and folded at the bottom.
Lime background papers where matted onto green card and added to the white card. A few floral flours and a Happy New Year sentiment were added to finish off the card.
Sherry West is our sponsor this week and she is kindly donating 2 images from her store to the challenge winner.
card was made by printing the image and colouring in with my favourite Copic
Ciao pens. I added some fine glitter to the acorn and made the colours pop by
using a couple of brown gems. The image was then layered onto a tree and
background papers. One of the background papers had a lined border of glitter
added too. Everything was mounted onto a 6 x 6 inch white card and a peel-off
sentiment was added to complete the card.
